Empty promises

Empty promises! Paying monthly subscription to be a premium member,but for what ? Placed about 4 different times an order in early morning hours for "free same day delivery " ,mostly important stuff, only to get a message after 16:00 that delivery will be on the next day,and even then it arrives very late.NOT happy with this tipe of service !
