Empty promises
Hellopeter my name is Vusi Twala ,I ordered an item order#*** from Takealot and payed for it to be delivered to my address in the time chosen by me. Takealot sent me an email detailing that my item will be delivered to me on the 15th of Dec 2015 at no later than 5pm.I waited and waited for nothing,so I sent them an email complaining about it.They eventually responded when I told them I was going to put this on Hellopeter.They then promised to send it to me today on the 16th.Once again it was the waiting game for me, I even cancelled my appointments for this on a holiday thanks to them.It seems to me that hellopeter means nothing to them. Please help me get my item from takealot of time.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> Vusi Twala
