EMPTY PRODUCTS FROM TAKEALOT!

I ordered an ink cartridge from takealot, when I wanted to print and put it in to the printer, it showed that it was COMPLETELY EMPTY!!! this is a non-refundable product, so what must I do now? seeing that I cannot use it and waisted a lot of money on an useless cartridge???
