Empty product box received in untampered packaging

I received a delivery on 2/03/2026 in a box with no tampering or damage. On opening the box and found one part of the order complete whilst for the second item, the product box was empty. The reporting process is complicated with absolutely no agent contact to rectify the issue. This is extremely disappointing service and I am still concerned about no response for a product which was paid for and not received.
