Empty perfume bottles
I ordered 100 ml bottles of perfumes and got ink cartridges, this has probably happened to me me more than 4 times now. I am tired now and my last refund hasn't been processed as yet. I don't know if you guys consider your customers and value them, especially if you guys have not delivered before, but we still continue ordering from you. I guess we not important. Very quick in receiving money but delivering the right order or refunds is absolutely ridiculous. Please refund my money and come take your ink cartridges.

01 Sept 2021, 12:26So since the 25th of August, you guys only realized today that you don't have stock, this is ridiculous, may I please have my money back please this can't continue happening and frankly is the most inconsistent service I have ever received.
