Empty parcel/box

Hao @TakeAlot hai sham you did us dirty sham.I went today to collect my parcel @TakeAlot Lyndhurst brunch around 4pm and wow did i not receive an empty box with nothing when i got home to check my packages?????WOW....Im really disappointed as i am a very Loyal customer (But didn't order using my profile for this Item)i normally order using my profile .I really really needed that item ( Shower aram)as they busy fixing my shower.IYOOOOO....WHAT do i do now
