empty package
<div>I purchased a package on takealot which was delivered to my house. upon opening the box, I found it was empty! first, their phone lines do not work so I logged a return as I had no means to contact them. and I had to look on Instagram for their email address. no help on their website. I explained the package was empty and was told not to return the empty box as this could cause problems but the driver still showed up. As advised, I did not return the box. I noticed my replies had 2 different reference numbers and saw another return had been logged, +++++ did not get back to me as promised 18/06/2020. I now a driver arrived again and said the process is to collect the empty box? . I also sent pictures twice of the package and still no response. I feel messed around , this could have been sorted out last week. At first I just wanted my package but now am so frustrated I just want a refund</div>
