Empty boxes from Takealot then silent treatment

I bought a USB port from takealot. When the order came I just got two sealed boxes which were empty. I have informed them about it but after sending the pictures of the empty boxes they stopped replying. Been sending them emails but it seems I'm talking to myself. I'm super dissapointed by what happened.. Incompetence at it's best. I guess I lost my money for what I didn't even get
