Empty Box Received

I purchased a tablet from the IP68 store which is fulfilled by Takealot. When the first order was delivered and received, the item was unsealed in a damged box and appeared to be second hand and the face of the tablet was damaged. The return was logged and when the second delivery was received, the box came once again unsealed, yet this time, the box was empty. I logged a return and now for the second time I receive a delivery where the box is unsealed and empty. I fail to understand how these items are shipped to a customer without inspection of the items to ensure the quality of the products been sold are up to Takealot's standard.
