EMPTY BOX FROM TAKEALOT!!!

I was beyond excited to receive my gift that I purchased for my father. A fitness watch for R850. I eagerly awaited delivery. Which came promptly on the Tuesday, except THE BOX WAS EMPTY!!! I contacted them and they said they will contact the warehouse. And there's a long story which I don't understand, but the bottom line is they have taken my money but cannot tell me when I am getting my parcel. Or anything for that matter. The review was declined on their app. I'm already weary of buying online, well this had confirmed everything!
