Empty Box Delivered instead of a watch

<p>So i ordered a watch on takealot for my husband's birthday, upon delivery i received an empty box, i was sent from pillar to post , i ended up requesting to speak to managemet so this issue to be resolved and the manager was unable to take my call for some reason. I even tried to offer to collect the order myself but was told it is not allowed. I will never ever use takealot. Poor service in it highest extreme.</p>
