Employees more interested in chatting with one another, than actually fulfilling orders

Ordered item at 11 today for collection at their warehouse. Order tracking still showing that I cannot as yet collect. Are you kidding me. You have received payment, and you have had 5 hours to fulfil my order, but you seemingly cannot do so, because that means that you will not be able to sit and chat with your neighbour, which is what I noticed when my friend collected her order placed yesterday. Pathetic service and followup. But guess that is simply the norm. I mean, please don't let me, or any other client inconvenience you during your working hours, sorry chatting hours.
