Employees don’t have valid S.A drivers licence

One of their drivers bumped into my car. The driver didn’t even had a valid S.A drivers licence. It’s been over a month and the issue hasn’t been solved yet. I can’t believe a company this big employed “inexperienced” people to work for them. HOW DID HE GET THE JOB???
