Emotionally abused by Takealot

Order no. ***. On the 28th of May 2028 I ordered a Hisense fridge l. On Monday I was supposed to recieve my Fridge. It never arrived. On Tuesday evening i got a message that my order was delivered and signed by me. Wednesday I called Takealot I spoke to Mandilakhe and Sinazo who said they will escalate my query to the delivery team. I then got a message later in the evening that my order will arrive on Thursday. On Thursday I got a message at 3:30pm that my order has been reschedule again to Friday. Friday morning I spoke to Simthandile who said she will escalate my query and provide me with feedback. I still have not recieved feedback and my order still has not been delivered
