Email saying delivered but no delivery

I bought a TP link router and two days back I got an email and a sms saying my goods will be delivered the same day but nothing happened then i got a call from the delivery guys apologizing for not delivery and promised to deliver the good by 15:00 that day I made myself avialable but untill 16:00 nothing happened. I made several phone calls but on every call they kept on telling new lie. <br> Last call I made was at 16:45. they said the driver is close and it will delivered. Then today when I check my email I got a delivery confirmation email saying my delivery was made at 14:20.<br> <br> This is the worst customer service. I can accept late delivery but an open lie is simply not acceptable. but then again this is South Africa. Never going to buy anything again from them.<br> <br> Order Number: ***<br> <br> Dinesh
