I went to see Ellen, the manager. She was rude, mean and ugly towards me. She is even rude to the drivers. I witnessed it when she told the drivers that she will chase them away and she speaks to the drivers like little children. Her behaviour is unacceptable as a senior manager. I believe as a senior manager or a lady of her age should carry herself in a very respected manner but Ellen is just a bully and she should stop it because she hurts people.

Ellen didn't even want to listen, she was shouting and told me how and where to get off. The moment I told her that I had spoken to Warren - the big boss. She became so agitated and told me straight on my face, that I have spoken to Warre and she had nothing to do with me and asked me to leave.

ELLEN, you are working people and stop hurting them. Teach yourself some respect and you will be respected. Your behaviour will ruin the repetation of the company. So STOP it sister.
