Electronic devices fall apart!

I've purchased many electronic items from various outlets over the years and have never had to return them. I purchased a MECER laptop from takealot in September 2019 (last year) and the ***** kept coming loose at the point where you charge the laptop. I therefore had to ***** it in constantly. The ***** then came out completely and got lost at which point the laptop started falling apart. I explained this and returned the product only to have my claim rejected because the product was "tampered" with due to the marks from the ***** driver! I have purchased other large items from takealot and have never had an issue. I have been a believer but now feel the products they sell are inferior and wont be making any further purchases for myself, friends or family members going forward. Never experienced this with an electronic device, definitely inferior quality electrical goods!
