Electric Breast pump

I bought an electric breast pump from Takealot.com, of which it was defective I then logged a return and they brought another one. Even the one that they brought is also defective, It turns on barely 10 seconds and when I turn it on again and increase suction it just goes off immediately. I'm two breast pumps down from this business yet no favourable outcome. I want a refund.
