EITHER SEND THE RIGHT VAPE OR REFUND MY MOTHER

So my mother had purchased a vape on takealot for me , mind you I waited 4 days for this damn vape She ordered the Elf Bar BC4000 disposable vape - blue razz ice Guess what arrived A vape that’s called TOHA and GUESS WHAT this is the best part , it doesn’t even work when I pull This is very unacceptable. Takealot you will be receiving a email from my mother soon and you better send her the right vape or Atleast refund her the money I’ve never had this experience before when ordering a Elf Bar from takealot.

She will be sending pictures of what I am talking about and why I am upset I even tried charging it thinking maybe it’s dead . No it’s not you guys took her money and sent me a broken and wrong vape.

Y’all better resolve this issue ASAP
