EFT Payment to Takealot

I will give them no stars at all. I had the unfortunate experience of my card transaction not going through ( due to a *****ulent transaction depleting my funds - unbeknown to me at the time). I then in desperation to get the product I then made an EFT payment directly from my bank and sent them proof of payment. |BIG mistake - Takealot system obviously do not cater for EFT payments, the agents do not understand EFT's. I have sent a copy of the POP through to them 7 times, I have sent copies of my banks statement twice, I have spoken to 4 different agents and still they are coming back telling me the item is unpaid as my payment did not go through. This is most frustrating as you do not get to speak to the finance department directly and depend on very friendly but ******** agents to assist you. I am now at my wit's end.......
