EFT Payment requests as they don't do COD deliveries and then money goes missing!

I would recommend that Takealot is AVOIDED when doing online shopping. Not trustworthy at all! Be extremely careful when requested by Takealot to make EFT payments after you've placed a COD order. I placed an order # ********** 1 on 24 May 2019, was instructed via e-mail to make an EFT payment as Skynet does not accept COD payments. Proof of EFT payment was submitted to Taahira Salie on 31 May 2019. Taahira confirmed via e-mail (3 June 12:38) that the EFT payment was allocated to my order # ********** 1. Made contact with the call centre today 5 June 2019 and told by Monica Khoza that my order was cancelled by Takealot. She was unable to provide me with a reason, probably due to their pathetic systems. It is quite obvious that the refund won't be possible as the EFT payment of R766 has gone into someone's back pocket. True South African style.
