****ed up service from takealot

I logged a return on the 12th December 2023. The driver collected on the 13th December 2023. It did not reach the warehouse and now they say the driver did not collect the laptop and I'm getting 100 people emailing me and asking me the same thing over and over. Every time I must repeat myself and now they don't want to return my laptop or refund me for it being lost in there courier. Today is the 6th Jan and I'm still getting the same questions over and over
