****ed off customer

I am extremely ****ed off!!!!... I am a loyal customer of takealot, i purchase nearly everything there even food... Because they are quick and convenient!... I have never in my years of purchasing from them had an issue... But this particular order... I placed an order on the 2nd of September for 2 gifts for my girls items are paid with by card online however its the 12th today and it has not been shipped... Its my girl's birthdays next week and its totally ****ing me off!... When ever i place an order for cash on delivery these people ship things the same day or next and its delivered within 3 days but now when its paid for, because u got your money u making me wait i have called milions of times and i have been on hold listening to stupid music i have waisted R380 trying to get hold of takealot!... If u guys see then contact me *** immediately i am not a happy customer anymore!!!!...
