and I'm disgusted at how they assist us.

I have had a return with a diamond and gold bracelet that was sent back and picked up at the client on 14-09-2021.

up until today, I have not received it. i have been phoning like crazy and all they say is we will escalate it , it is now 23-11-2021 and i still dont have it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but all my returns after that i did recievie . I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PROBLEM IS WHY ARE YOU NOT RETURNING IT BACK TO ME .

Number two What a waste of time with accounting * YOU CANNOT ALLOCATE YOUR ORDER NUMBERS TO PAYMENTS YOU NEED TO FOLLOW ALONG PROCESS SEE EACH ITEMS NUMBER THEN GO TO YOUR TRANSACTION TO SEE IF IT PAID TAKES FOREVER.

* I HAVE NOTEST A FEW ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PAID IN MY ACCOUNT. AGAIN WHEN I PHONE ITS ALWAYS WE WILL ESCALATE THE MATTER TO ACCOUNTS ITS BEEN A WEEK NOBODY EVER PHONES BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SO NOW THEY ARE ALL WORKING FROM HOME DOING WHAT HALF JOBS. DOING YOU IN WITH YOUR MONEY *****ING YOUR STOCK NOT ALLOCATING CORRECTLY
