****ed off at Takealot appalling service

I am very disappointed with this online shopping service. I placed an order on the 26 August 2021 and specifically paid for next day delivery which would be for the 27 August 2021.The courier company or driver was not by my address but according to the tracking details that they cant show me they were at my address. I waited for this order because its for my business and it was urgent for the 27 August hence the reason for paying for next day delivery. I call there call Centre twice and spoke to Rhoda and another gentleman and they both promised me that I would get my order on the 27 August 2021. I'm ****ed off at their appalling service and demand my delivery fee refunded and the fact that i lost clients because of there incompetence.
