****ed off!

Hi... Yesterday I received my parcel from Takelot... There supposed to have been 3 items intact but when I opened the box there was only 2.. And I got these as Christmas gifts.... I have been trying to call customer care since yesterday and I've literally waited like 10 min per call... Not on..there should be someone double checking parcels that are being packed because now this is to my inconvenience.... And again to make it worst I can't even get ahold of you guys!!!! I need this sorted asap!
