I'm not happy with the way Takealot treat their customers. I placed an order on the 30/05 they kept on rescheduling my delivery and I needed those items for the past weekend meaning I had to use my money again seeing that they were convenient that's the reason for placing order with them. I haven't received any communication from Takealot about my order and I've been sending emails asking them to cancel the order I'm not getting any response.

I called you customer service 3 times, your agents are working from home the only thing I could hear was their conversation and TV playing on the background. I want my money back Takealot ASAP. I've been lenient with you guys. I want my damn money back. My contact number : ***
