****ED OFF!!!

Ordered a smart fitness tracker sport band on Saturday 26.10.19 and paid immediately! Received an email this morning that order is not paid for, and will be cancelled unless I can send POP, which I did. Everything was sorted out really professionally and kindly with the 3 consultants I spoke to...

Managed to collect item this afternoon, only to get home to find that what was delivered to the pick up point for me is COMPLETELY different to the picture on the website! The face is different, the strap is different, even the pin is different. When I phoned to explain this, the consultant once again was very helpful, apologetic and friendly, however what they ASSUME happened is that the watch I ordered was out of stock, so they JUST SENT THE NEXT BEST THING!!! WHICH IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED OR WHAT I WANTED!!! Surely, if they were out of stock, one of the 3 consultants I spoke to throughout the course of the morning could tell me, and I could decide to either cancel the order or accept what they had in stock???? I DO NOT LIKE the watch I received AT ALL. If I wanted an oval face I would have ordered that - I wanted a rectangular face - which is what I should have received. I am EXTREMELY ****ed off and annoyed with Takealot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
