****ed Customer

I bought an item that comes with a USB Cord. The item was delivered but only to find that the cord has been replaced with an old one which is even dirty and torn. I find this to be disgusting and disrespectful. What makes it worse is that when I logged a return, I was told it will take a day or 2 for them to collect and another 2 days for me to get a replacement. I need the item and cannot wait this long. Please respect your customers and fellow human beings, we are giving you business for God's sake!
