I have placed an order in Jan for a UPS. the UPS was delivered. The product was used and it just went dead. I then sent it back for a refund. But when I realised I saw that the product delivered by takealot was not what I ordered. I sent the product back and placed another order. I paid for delivery fee R90 and my delivery was not credited. I placed a new order but they sent the same incorrect order and charged me again for delivery. My product came today and I checked and returned it immediately on the app. I phoned them and so one assisted me. I asked about my R90 they said they can't credit me after the order was incorrect. I requested for a refund and I would never buy from them ever again. There are many stores that does online shopping but takealot is a HUGE no. They treated me like trash based on their service.
