After buying an ECHEONLINE bike bag and returning it due to the fact that the zip is so poor and thin and we broke both zips before we actually used the bag, we get told that it is declined surely there should be some or other guarantee, considering we didn't even use the thing, hence us ordering 2 different ones from Takealot, real ****ty service I want a credit on our account asap and you can have this piece of **** back, if you took the time to inspect it then you would notice that the zip is of inferior quality vs the other units you sell. You should take it of your platform YOU WILL get more complaints, if you have to sell cheap **** please ensure that the quality is better considering the 1s we just bought from you is exactly the same price as what we paid for the **** you sold us, but the **** you sold us was in actual fact discounted at the time of purchased so we were under the impression we are buying a better unit, I will get my new 1 from Ballistic Bike shop and cheaper unit BUT a better unit.
