ebooks that dont open

i bought 3 e-books from takealot. I downloaded all the books but only 1 of them open. on the other ones i get an error about the tokens being invalid. i called in to the call center to be assisted , after going back and forth, i was informed that unfortunately theres nothing can be done, because of copyright issues. i explained to the lady that i have never been able to open them at all. these is **************** as i have mentioned that the BOOKS HAVE NEVER OPENED ON ANY DEVICE WHATSOEVER. its totally unacceptable that i can buy something that never works and now its my fault.
