Ebooks Purchased but Unavailable - Struggle to get a refund.

<p>It amazed at the poor level of service and care from TakeAlot.Com. Being a online purchasing portal, a person would expect that when a product is advertised, especially a simple product like an EBOOK, one would assume once paid for, it would be available in your digital downloads.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well in normal 1st world countries thats the way it works. Unfortanatley having to purchase some South African specific books for my son I had to use a South African site, and I geuss it works way differently.</p> <p> </p> <p>After purchasing about $ 60.00 +- R 600 worth of books, 2 x of the books appear as unavailable. Takealot, its an EBOOK, its not in stock in your store, its a digital version of your book. They only refund the one.
