ebooks on ereader

<p>My daughter bought me two ebooks on takealot some months ago and loaded it on my ipad.I have sold the ipad in the meantime and bought a new one.We tried to download the books to my new ipad but it won't download.They can't help me as they say the downloads exceded the limit but I could not download anything.How can I exceeed the limit if I did not download anything?.Now they say that they can't refund me.I have never asked for a refund,I just want to read my books that was paid for.Looking at their reply emails,they don't seem to understand or won't understand.I have bought thousands of rands through my daughter's account but will never support them again.</p>
