Ebooks bought at Kalahari not accessible

I bought ebooks from Kalahari and am now unable to access it on my iPad. The response I received from Takealot is that their technicians were unable to give old Kalahari customers access to their ebooks. If I need to read it again then I have to buy it again. I think this is very unfair, as I buy books and read them more than once. If I had bought the hardcover books then I would still have had it, but now it is lost, even though I paid for it.<br> Surely they can let you download those books purchased earlier again, at no cost. This is totally unacceptable, as I paid for it, and it is mine.
