Ebook not able to transfer to E-reader

I recently purchased an ebook, which i was unable to transfer to my Goblii reader (also purchased from takealot).
The main reason, as explained to me, was that the Adobe digital editions was not correctly authorized, which basically rendered the ebook i just opened useless.

As reported online the only way to fix this is :
* User to register his Adobe with a correct Adobe ID (This i managed to do)
*User then to contact the Ebook supplier, and get them to reset the activation.(I sent an online support request to this effect a mere 18minutes after purchase)
* Ebook supplier is to contact the User, to allow them to redownload the ebook and register it correctly
*User is then able to transfer the ebook to an authorized E-reader.

My issue has been explained in detail to the takealot team, explaining that the user error was on my side (in my defense, i installed the Adobe digital editions over a year ago and forgot

latest takealot reply :
However, we are not able to reset any links as the eBooks are linked immediately to the account and Adobe ID. The only way would be to re-purchase the eBook and make sure that it is correctly authorized.

FRUSTRATED!
