eBook Issue
I purchased two eBooks from takealot and downloaded them. I downloaded Adobe Digital Editions to open the eBook and read them. After authorizing Adobe DE and attempting to load the eBook I get an error: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER. After some research I discovered that this is a known issue and the solution according to Adobe is that the VENDOR (takealot) should RESET the .acsm files and have me download them again. The answer from takealot - sorry we cannot do that and we can also not refund you.
