Ebook ***** - My presidents keeper - gerenic email

I am a loyal takealot.com client and i have never experienced any hiccups accept late deliveries most of the time, which has never been a big deal even when my sons birthday present was late. Friday (3 Nov 2017) I purchased an eBook because the hard copy was sold out. Only to find that it said that the license is already in use. I keep explaining to probably 5 different agents that normally read eBooks so i have adobe digital edition and a id. i only use 1 device as usual. The agents all tell me the same thing, the even say that their ebooks specialist say the same thing as them. They simply refuse to give me a refund, this is unacceptable, i cant accept that i have no book and no refund. To make matters worst i see this is a frequent problem and many many Clients complain about the same thing. Takealot.com why don't you rather stop selling ebooks? The other issue i have is your generic: sorry for the inconvenienced cause .... but you don't mean it, stop saying it. this is no "your smile guarantee" you arent happy if i am not happy, well i am not happy.
