EBook Error - Beware: Don't Buy An Ebook!

I purchased two ebooks on [URL Removed] thinking this would be a straight-forward, easy process. Not at all! The said ebooks require Adobe Digital Editions - a truely bug ridden and nasty piece of software. Try as I might, there was repeated error in loading the books. Wasted time and effort followed, in which I requested that takealot either send me the books in epub/pdf/mobi/other format, OR, refund me the money owed. <br> <br> Takealot have completely disregarded my request, and instead attempted to (very amatuerishly!) try to correct the error.
