Ebook can’t be downloaded, in progress for 45 days

I bought the ebook called Mother and Son but the download button doesn’t appear on the eReader. On the takealot site under the digital library, it just shows the order as in progress. The order was placed on 10 April. No one has got back to me despite raising numerous support requests.
