Easy to take your money but they disappear when you request a refund

I sent my faulty Russell and Hobbs kettle back 6 weeks ago for a refund. I still haven't heard back from Take a lot. No replies to my emails, no contact number where I can call them. I actually don't know what more to do but this is ridiculous service!!

Will absolutely reconsider ever ordering from them again!
