Easy to purchase items nightmare to return items

I purchased a hairdryer for my daughter a few months ago and it just stopped working. It's easy to purchase from them but the service stops when you have to return items. They couldn't give a ****. I specifically asked for a cash refund because I don't have the bank account anymore and the consultant Melissa.A from the returns team deliberately ignores the request and does the exact opposite only to tell me she can't reverse what she just did. Now who's problem is this I ask??? It's like they are inexperienced rookies tryna build a business they not ready for. What a joke . We should now come on here to expose them because they do not deliver a service THEY promised. For this reason I would advice everyone to rather go back to old school methods of purchasing whatever you need at an actual store where you can return your items and get the service you deserve. No I'm sitting without a hairdryer and I can't get the refund. This is after happily inserting my card details to buy from them.
