Easy fix turns to big problem

Ah so this is where i end up after trying for 2 days to go thru the offical channels.

Short review: Bought a pc through takealot, not happy with the performance so i returned for a full refund, the came and collect next day so all good, when they check i forgot to add the power cable, now this is my fault wont argue.

So now i only see this on the app the dont contact me at all, been trying for 2 days to get them to pick up, customer service generic reply, messenger plays 20 questions with out any help, facebook they delete my "review" so now they have my pc and my money, if i never checked the app i wouldnt have know they wait for the cable, for 2 days i ask them just to come pick up the cable with out any reply or update, i offer to buy the R50 cable then its done no cant do that.

This is very easy to solve come get the cable and just keep me up to date, but they not collecting the cable or updating me at all, such an easy fix turns to this, they have everything i have nothing :(

All i want is just an update ..
