easi8 57"2 piece cue and bag

I bought a 2-piece brass tip pool cue. Takealot supp**** me with one that had a plastic tip. I returned the product but got accused of using said product. I then informed them that this is the way it was supp**** to me. This could also have been testing marks from supplier.

This made no difference because the cue was return to my address without letting me know. later emails told me that they would talk to the warehouse and that the supplier was out of stock, but nothing came from that.

What I required from this situation was the correct product or a credit because the price difference is about 250 to 300 rand.

What happens when u buy an expensive product. Will they give you the run around and ignore you. There telephone number doesn't even work.

I'm very disappointed in their customer care.
