E-readers

I have bought severla e-readers from them. Was very happy. One day I wanted to read a book, and I could not access the book, it asked that I must log in with Adobe. I contacted them asked for advise. They said I must disconnect this funtion and they supp**** the steps. After doing this I had even less access to my books. It is now 4 months and all they say is 'we can't help you' I have bought these books from them, I have followed their advise. Now I don't have the books, I am locked out of the app and they don't care. Do not by e-books from them. I recommed not to support them at all, as there customer servise is so bad, that it makes the problem even bigger than what is was.
