e-bucks payment system glitch, pathetic response
Tried to order books on 11/11 and pay using ebucks. Total to pay was R680.05 but system only requested 6800eb. System then indicated that 5 cents was owing and I should complete transaction with credit card. Had email comms with consultant, Michael. I cancelled order and tried to re-order, pre-empting that I would be short of 5cents by allocating an additional 5ebucks. The system would not accept, said I allocated too many ebucks. I was on the phone to consultant, Phumza, at this stage, who said they were aware of glitch and that I could just pay delivery man 5 cents and that she would authorize the payment in the back-end. She confirmed via email that all was in order. <br> Following day I received notification that order cancelled due to short payment. I emailed again, and yet another consultant, Nicolas, responded to ask me for screen shots. 2 more consultants (Lizaan, Sthembiso) mailed, seemingly with no knowledge of ongoing issues. <br> I have now dealt with 6 different consultants with zero continuity between them. Each time I reorder the price of the books goes up (exchange rate?) AND the delivery date gets later-I will already have left town by time they arrive. MAJOR WASTE OF TIME

We'll also make sure to address the manner in which your queries were handled with the relevant agents and emphasise the importance of resolving issues the first time around.
We know this is the furthest thing from your mind at this time, but we do hope you'll return somewhere down to road and give us another chance so that we can prove to you how easy and pleasant shopping with us can be.
