E-books take *days* to obtain!?!

Ordered an e-book from takealot in February. Took *days* before I could download it.

So last night, I urgently needed another ebook so I ordered it. After payment was processed, more than 14 hours later, the e-book is still unavailable. So I reaised the issue with support, who had the chutspa to request my Adobe Digital Editions credentials (username and password).

1. If I buy an e-book and pay for it, then I expect it to be available for download immediately.

2. If the e-book cannot be made available, then talkealot should remove it from their catalogue.

3. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE should support people be requesting personal creds of clients to troubleshoot problems!

4. takealot management should take note of these problems and fix them. I do not expect to experience the same problem, again and again, everytime I purchase an e-book. Surely you can fix them after messing up the first time?

5. Caveat Emptor for those who want immediate e-books -- do not use talkalot.

6. When calling in to raise a complaint, I get given 20 questions and then people leave me hanging for a long-long time. I guess that is what HelloPeter is for...
