E Books from Take a Lot not in working order and my money taken

Sadly I bought a E-Book for study purposes with order number ***9 - Debora, unfortunately it doesn't open with Adobe Reader and Take-a-lot pulls up their shoulders and tell you it is non refundable nor does anyone help you from the technical department, how am I suppose to study. Cell no ***
