E book purchase

I bought a bought a E- book at takealot but i cant use it because it was up with an error reads as follows"The vendor account you have entered is not associated with the items you trying to open". I am utterly disappointed and disgusted!! I phone them but no feedback. still today im still waiting for the tactician to attend to my case. The service is horrible, NEVER AGAIN!!
