Dysfunctional management

It is absolutely unacceptable to wait 28 days for the delivery of items purchased from Takealot. The excuse - that some items need to be acquired from suppliers - is, in essence, a testimony of dysfunctional management. Long before Takealot appeared, there was Amazon USA. Never, in all of my purchases from them did I encounter such ineptitude.
